About

FranklyLegal is on a mission to demystify the law for the creator economy.

I believe in a brighter, fairer future for the creator economy. That’s why I’m committed to equipping creators with the legal knowledge they need to thrive.

Let’s build that future together – one informed step at a time.

But wait… who am I? I’m Franklin Graves, founder of FranklyLegal and an attorney passionate about providing legal education for the masses.

I spend the majority of my time run Creator Economy Law, a media outlet focused on providing legal education around creators, brands, and platforms. I publish posts on the website, on LinkedIn, and regularly publish a newsletter with the same name.

Franklin in the Media

I regularly contribute to IPWatchdog, Tubefilter, and Passionfruit, as a means to educate creators and raise awareness of all legal aspects of the creator economy.

I also spend a lot of my free time joining podcasts, speaking at events, and participating in activities that bring thoughtful and intentional conversation around law to the creator economy (and vice versa).
